Hi, I’m Parker Somes.

With 20 years of emergency medical experience and over 30 years in CPR and first aid training, I’ve built a career helping people feel confident and prepared in emergencies. My journey began at age six, assisting my father—an EMT and instructor who built a family legacy of life-saving education. Over the years, I’ve developed hands-on expertise as a lifeguard, Title 22 instructor, and water safety instructor, while teaching diverse groups, from families and corporate teams to community organizations.

I believe learning life-saving skills doesn’t have to be intimidating. By creating an engaging and enjoyable environment, I ensure participants stay involved and retain the knowledge they need to respond effectively. With real-world experience in emergencies like e-bike crashes, seizures, strokes, and diving injuries, I combine practical techniques with relatable stories to make every class memorable and impactful. My goal is simple: to leave everyone feeling confident, prepared, and ready to act when it matters most.
